Millennium Marine Contractors were hired by Torbay Council to repair the Victoria Breakwater and Brixham in South Devon. We used concrete placement to repair underwater scouring and voids that were hiding below sea level. We also used rock armor placement and concrete placement above sea level at Victoria Breakwater for Torbay Council.
